Basic Course Dynamisch Bewegen
The Dynamisch Bewegen® basic course comprises five modules. The content of the modules is designed to build on one another, so the order of the modules is obligatory. The Dynamisch Bewegen® basic course is only considered complete after attending all five modules.
For Whom
This course is designed for people who, for professional and/or personal reasons, wish to gain a deeper understanding of human functional movement coordination based on the Dynamisch Bewegen® model. The basic course is interdisciplinary (knowledge of anatomy is not a prerequisite). Representatives from various therapeutic, educational and other professions (e.g. physiotherapy, teaching, yoga, dance) come together. The anatomical basis and the way in which functional movement coordination takes place are the same – the individual possibilities and applications differ. The Dynamisch Bewegen® basic course is not a training programme to become a therapist.
Training Objective
Basic knowledge of how dynamic systems work, the coordination dynamics of the human musculoskeletal system, and functional movement coordination. Identifying problems in functional movement coordination in oneself and others, and resolving them using various strategies. Learning to observe changes, being able to guide a process of change, and being able to adapt to another person’s learning process are key components of this course.
